Carbon60 are looking to recruit and experienced facilities manager to join an award winning FM company overseeing their client's site in Tutbury, looking after the soft services departments on site.

Salary: up to £47,000

Hours: Monday - Friday 8 - 4

Role:
• Oversee an IFM contract to a high standard in line with the SLA.
• Act as a point of contact for department heads. (Cleaning, Security & Catering)
• Work as part of a team to ensure high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maximize customer satisfaction and maintain a good working relationship with client representatives.
• Review financial performance and implement adjustments to ensure margins are maintained.
