Our client based on the outskirts of Cirencester is recruiting a Production & Logistics Planner to join their team. The objective of this role is to review and manage the assembly production plan, working with the production teams (scheduling, purchasing, warehousing, production and logistics) to supply all demand in line with customer needs.

Due to location transport is a must.

Key Responsibilities Will Include
• Fully understand and develop an MRP system;
• Develop production schedules;
• Monitor the progress of projects to ensure they are following the schedule;
• To manage the release of sales order demand into the factory;
• Collect and assess data about the production department's performance;
• Prepare reports about production processes for Senior Management and suggests ways to improve efficiency;
• Drive efficiencies within the production departments;
