We are looking for a SHE Officer (Safety, Health & Environment) on behalf of our West Bromwich based client who are a leading manufacturer for the Pharmaceutical, Agrochemical and Speciality Chemical industries as well as many others.

This SHE officer is on a permanent basis an has become available due to continued growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will join the team to assist in the development and implementation of the sites Safety, Health and Environmental programmes.

The ideal candidate will have responsibility for the following:
• Assist the production and engineering management team in developing risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Assisting with the maintenance of the sites environmental management system
• Ensure suitable SHE inspection and auditing programmes are established and implemented, including maintenance/follow up of corrective action databases and tracking of KPI's.
