Regional Areas of South Australia: Ceduna ; Port Lincoln ; Port Augusta ; Whyalla Norrie ; Port Pirie; Murray Bridge .

We are looking for an experienced Participant Support Officers to join one of our clients across multiple locations within regional South Australia.. The following skills and experience are essential to be successful in this role:
• Providing counter/reception support for the local office.
• Managing the team shared email inbox, appointments and telephone enquiries.
• Undertaking research and investigation activities and preparing associated reports and correspondence.
• Coordinating appointments and ensuring facilities are accessible for stakeholders.
• Receiving and recording complaints and other feedback.
