Our well-known client looking for a Business Analyst for an initial 6-month contract + potential long-term extensions. On offer is to join a growing team working on a priority ServiceNow transformation project.

This exciting opportunity is based in the southern suburbs of Perth and offers WFH flexibility.

The selected candidate MUST be customer focused with at least 3 years BA experience and be based in Perth!

Required Skills/ Experience
• Technical understanding and strong documentation skills
• Process mapping, gap and impact analysis skills.
• Highly familiar with Agile/ Scrum methodology.
• Understanding of UX, ServiceNow processes and ITSM.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and drive change.
• Excellent Communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Workshop facilitation skills and the ability to influence.
• Solutions and delivery focused.
