Adelaide SA, AustraliaMansfield & Co are currently seeking a skilled, experienced and reliable HR Administrator for a 6 month temp assignment commencing 25th March.
Responsibilities
Working as part of a friendly and supportive HR team, the initial focus of this role will be to provide general admin support as the business transitions to a new HRIS. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Inputting employee data into the HRIS
• Data management of changes to employees’ details
• Assisting with the preparation of training material
• Documenting processes
• Liaising with payroll to ensure accurate data entry of payroll information
• Being the point of contact for employee related forms
• Attending HR project and team meetings and documenting actions required
• Coordinating psychometric testing and pre-employment checks
• General HR and administration duties
