Role Description

This is a Full-time hybrid role located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Fundraising associate, you will be responsible for managing and implementing fundraising strategies to support the mission of the Bethsaida Education Foundation. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and executing fundraising campaigns, cultivating donor relationships, organizing fundraising events, and managing donor databases. You will work closely with the fundraising team to meet fundraising goals and contribute to the long-term sustainability of the organization.

• Previous experience in fundraising or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors
