Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Telesales Representative/ Customer Service Agent at SUMET. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting sales activities over the phone, including making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for understanding the products and services offered by SUMET and effectively communicating their benefits to customers. This role requires strong persuasive and communication skills, as well as the ability to meet sales targets.
