This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at How Sweet in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• 2-3 Years Experience in the F&B / Events is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
• Ability to travel as necessary
• Fluency in English
