Job Responsibilities
• To ensure books of accounts are maintained on a daily basis in Tally.
• Monthly MIS – P&L , BS, Debtors, Creditors, fund flow, etc.
• GST – filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B Reconciliation, ITC-04, Annual return, Refund application
• TDS – monthly payments, quarterly returns, issuing Form 16/16A
• Balance Sheet Finalization
• Taking care of Invoicing and Export related documents & coordination with bank
• Employee salary tax working
• Finalization of accounts and Tax Audit
• Ensuring timely compliance of all statutory payments, filings, etc.
• Analysis of expenses for Cost reduction,
• Checking, verifying and analysis of Stock
• Generation of e-invoices as per required
• Co ordinations Vendors and their queries
