• Hires, trains, and manages counsellors and admissions Executives.
• Lead and motivate the team.
• Manage performance.
• Solve problems.
• Training employees on efficient Counselling and Admission Process.
• Delegate works.
• Working with colleagues to ensure consistency in quality counselling and admission practice across the company.
• Outlining a long-term storage strategy
• Need to do presentation in colleges and institutions

Requirements:
• The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree
