The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the delivery of the strategic recruitment plans including development of the EVP, enhancing approaches to ensure hiring of top talent with DE&I at it’s core, and providing a high quality candidate experience from application to onboarding and induction. It will promote the DEEP brand and establish our approaches to STEM and early careers, as well as working with stakeholders in the business to leverage partnerships. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing and attracting top talent to meet the evolving needs of the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of the job market, and the ability to build and maintain a network of qualified candidates.
