Our planet’s oceans hold answers to some of the most significant challenges facing humanity today, and yet they are almost completely unknown and unexplored. Ocean exploration is extraordinarily difficult and expensive, and current technologies only enable humans to safely access these remote areas of the planet for minutes at a time, highly restricting research and understanding. At DEEP, our mission is to radically open up access to the oceans through pioneering new technologies.
