We have a vacancy for a Talent Acquisition Specialist an initial 6 month fixed-term contract. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including establishing the brief with hiring managers, creating job posts and sourcing options, identifying potential hires, interviewing and evaluating candidates, negotiating and extending job offers, and managing onboarding and induction processes. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing and attracting top talent to meet the evolving needs of the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of the job market, and the ability to build and maintain a network of qualified candidates.
