Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated General Assistant to join our team in providing excellent service in the hospitality industry. If you have a passion for guest services and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this role is perfect for you.

Duties:
- Assist with food preparation and presentation
- Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times
- Help with setting up and clearing the Restaurant
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the catering area

- Able to work flexibly between Retail and Catering as a General Assistant

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality, hotel, or catering environment is advantageous but not essential.

- Previous experience in Retail is adventageous but not essential
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
