The Position Of Class 1 Night Trunk Driver Involves
• This will involve trunking timbered goods from our customer site BSW in Fort William to Bathgate.
• Loading/unloading of vehicle, ensuring load security.
• Delivering and collecting goods to customers using a curtain sided vehicle.
• Dealing with customers face to face and over the phone.
• Using a hand held PDA to complete daily vehicle checks.
• Keeping in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and managing our customers expectations.
• Attending regular training sessions.

Essential Skills Required For Class 1 Night Trunk Driver
• Must hold a UK Class 1 CE Licence.
• Hold a current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
• Be passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Working to deadlines.
• Confident, polite and a team player.
• Good geographical knowledge.
