Senior Care & Support Workers assist the Scheme Manager in running the scheme including compliance with the residential carehome regulations, other statutory requirements and company's own policies and procedures. In the absence of the Scheme Manager, a Senior Care & Support Worker will be responsible for the day-to-daymanagement of the scheme.

Leadership And Management
• Contribute to the management team to uphold high standards of care aligned with Company's philosophy.
