Position: Legal Receptionist New Role

The firm has a great reputation and places immense value on their staff, and VANRATH are delighted to be helping them recruit a Receptionist on a Permanent basis. The role will be performed within Monday - Friday (Flexibility on start and finish times). Based in Banbridge. This firm has a fantastic reputation, and this is a new role in the firm.

Responsibilities Be the first point of contact Deal with inbound calls and outbound calls to deliver a high level of customer service. Assist in managing visitors and providing additional information, where appropriate. Provide general clerical and administrative support Scanning bundles of documents Provide assistance for meeting room bookings and catering as required and to liaise with relevant parties to ensure the delivery of a professional service;
