The Individual Giving Manager is a key role in RBLI’s fundraising team and is instrumental in delivering our ambitious plans to grow our individual giving programme. We expect this group of supporters to diversify our income streams and to provide vital and sustainable funds for our work.

We are looking for someone who can lead on the strategic development and management of all individual giving income streams.

The Individual Giving team has been testing campaigns to recruit new supporters who will make donations, become Tommy Club champions and will leave a gift in their Will. The Individual Giving Manager will build on this activity and will lead on creating engaging communications for these individuals to encourage loyal and long-term support. The postholder have responsibility for setting income and expenditure budgets along with KPIs and for reforecasting.
