• Leeds Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Clinical Negligence team, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Litigation Executive to work alongside existing partners, driving a resilient and varied legal practice. The ideal candidate will have experience of handling a Clinical Negligence caseload including sound drafting skills of legal documents. The role will involve supporting assisting Solicitors and Senior Solicitors in the running of a caseload of Clinical Negligence cases from inception to Trial. You will be working on both pre-litigation and litigated work.
