The role:

An enthusiastic Chef de Partie required for a busy Golf Club. A natural pro-active chef, able to take responsibility for their own station and supporting the kitchen team as well as working closely with the front of house staff.

You will have exceptional organisational and cooking skills with a focus to prepare and deliver quality food throughout the day, including breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as club and client dinners.

Applicants should have the relevant qualifications, knowledge of food production methods and proven experience in a similar role and a need to maintain a fully compliant kitchen with all statutory requirements of health and safety and food hygiene.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fun fast-moving environment and expand their knowledge while gaining excellent experience.
