In-Service Support Engineer

Location - Buckinghamshire or North West London

Salary is negotiable depending on experience

Our client, a market leader within the Defence / Maritime industry are looking for an In Service Support Engineer to provide back office engineering support to the field service teams and end users to ensure all goals are achieved.

Your duties:
• Lead the delivery of In Service Support requirements
• Ensure Support Projects are in line with Defence Standards and other polices
• Provide a proactive responce to technical issues, inclusive of fault reports and technical queries
• Work closely with the engineering teams to help develop technical solutions
• Manage and monitor Systems performance , conduct root cause analysis of faults and identify opportunities to improve the in service support performance
• Define and lead the implementation of programmes of inspection and preventative maintenance
