Duties & Responsibilities
• Comply with Environmental, Health and safety policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of all manuals relative to safety, food safety, training, process control and equipment safety.
• Conducts proper shift handovers at each shift change.
• Ensure that scrap and NRW waste are kept in designated area.
• Cut trim Rolls and store in safe manner.
• Pull scrap from PRS stand into grinder Area.
• Feed scrap into grinder as per running plan.
• Involvement in TQM, Tie activity, ensure Housekeeping and 5s.
• Submit at least one Kaizen per month.
• Handle film break proper to avoid injuries and downtime.
• Clean MDO rolls, TDO rolls and Cooling Zone immediately after line stoppage.
• Operate EREMA machine as per plan.
• Feed raw material at feeding area into Silo or Bins as per running plan.
• Complete Erema logbook and feeding logbook on shift basis.
• Do entry of RPG Production into Oracle system on shift basis.
