Well established concern are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team. Requirements being as follows:
• Previous experience in a sales management role
• ICT Sales Management would be beneficial
• Business related qualification
• Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle
• Computer literate with good software skills and management tools

Key performance areas:
• Review sales data and prepare reports for senior management
• Utilise business tools to provide insights to marketing and sales team
• Review sales policies and update as needed
• Identify both successful and failing sales initiatives and explore ways to improve on sales metrics
• Strategic planning
• Plan and execute sales meetings
• Establish, maintain and develop business relationships.
