JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead the project team to complete the project within the contractual period.
• Manage all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with construction and safety regulations.
• Manage resources, project duration and financial conditions to strategize in achieving the targeted project profitability.
• Analyse project progress in order to ensure achievement and meeting project timeline.
• Report and review the work progress on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Attend site meetings and ensures meeting the client’s requirements and expectations.
• Ensure works are carried out in compliance with external requirements such as legislation and regulation and in accordance with specifications, standards and quality stated.
• Ensures timely delivery of projects in accordance with design requirements, time and budgeted cost under proper safety quality assurance environment.
