BIM EXECUTIVE

• Participate in BIM coordination workshop and liaise between consultants and subcontractors to ensure the model is clash free.
• Execute the BIM workflow in project according to BIM Execution Plan.
• Verify the BIM models are up to the standard required in the contract.
• Facilitate the information flow between BIM model and site operation team.
• Develop and update the BIM models for its respective trade throughout the entire project.
• Generate 2D documentation from BIM models for construction uses.
• Maintain and manage the usage of Common Data Environment (CDE) at site.

Requirement:
• Bachelors in architecture, civil engineering or related field.
• Min 2 year BIM experience in construction field.
• Proficient in English language.
• Willing to be stationed at Kuching, Sarawak More Detail
