JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Facilitate construction works by applying BIM and CAD technologies in the design phase.
• Offer cross-team support on BIM software for the coordination of the activities of review, control and management of the project.
• Determine the proper elements and scale for buildings.
• Collaborate with the design team and other departments to identify goals and communicate procedural changes.
• Take information from multiple plans and incorporate them into a single computer model which can be used to build and maintain a structure.
• Upkeep and maintain the databases of all construction drawings and other documents in a safe and secure manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Qualification: Possesses Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural or Engineering fields.

2. Experience: 3 to 5 years’ working experience in using BIM technology in construction or any related fields.
