Care Cymru Torfaen have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Care Worker looking for the next step in their career or an already experienced Team Leader to join our team 3 days per week.

The role includes
• Maintaining customer compliance
• Updating Care and Support Plans
• Creating Care and Support Plans
• Risk assessing
• Supervising and mentoring our existing and new care staff out on the field
• Participating in the Branch Back up Rota, supporting our central Out of Hours Service (Additional pay)
• Providing hands on care in emergency's

If you possess the following attributes, this could be the perfect role for you
• Passion about caring for the elderly
• Looking to progress your career in care
• Excellent communication skills, verbally & written
• Enjoys problem solving
• Natural leadership skills
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle.

A full training and development program will be provided including accredited qualifications.
