Position: Production Operative - Pontypool
Location: Pontypool

My client in Pontypool, South Wales is looking for a number of production operatives to join their food production team ASAP.

There is a number of different shifts available so it is important that you are flexible for either option

Shifts could be:

Option 1
-Monday to Thursday 6am til 6pm

Monday to Thursday 6pm til 6am

(start and finish times may vary on Mondays and Thursdays)

Option 2
- Friday to Sunday 6am til 6pm

Friday to Sunday 6pm til 6am

The starting pay rate is £12.21 per hour

There is a 15% premium for work weekends

There is a 10% premium for working nights

Key Responsibilities:

Promote safety in the workplace and comply with legislation, identify risk areas to management for resolution.

Line optimization and line startups.

Adherence to quality control checks and measures. Including raising Non-Conformances to your supervisor.
