Our client is a leading manufacturing business with continued and ambitious growth across all areas of the company and group.

At their state of art facility in Irvine they manufacture their products using the most up to date technology and currently have the requirement for an experience Engineering Operations Manager who will be required to manage and co-ordinate the productivity of all manufacturing staff to achieve production metrics including throughput, changeover times, minimising downtime and driving ongoing improvement.

Reporting to the Head of Plant, you will be required to ensure that all orders are manufactured and despatched in a timely fashion and to ensure that all operational, administration, H & S and business controls are adhered to.
