A leading business in Ayrshire are currently seeking an outstanding Operations Manager for their state-of-the-art facility. This is a newly-created position and one that will see the successful individual play a pivotal role in driving this organisation to the next level.

What Youll Be Doing

Ensuring plant meets H&S, quality and service targets

Develop, manage and lead a team towards success

Implement positive strategic changes across plant

Oversee compliance with regards personnel, engineering, safety and quality

Take ownership for issues relating to supply chain, stock availability and procurement

What Youll Need To Be Successful

Manufacturing leadership experience

Ability to lead and motivate teams

Strong numeracy skills

Excellent communication ability
