We are working with a prestigious care provider that operate a large portfolio of care homes across Scotland and are looking for an experiencedCareHome Managerin Hamilton.

You will be responsible for the running of the care home, leading your care team to promote a caring, safe, and homely environment for the residents. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care is provided on a daily basis and providing specialised personal care to each individual resident within the home, whilst liaising with families and other third parties.

You must have a strong knowledge of Care Inspectorate regulations and a understanding of the Health & Social Care Standards. You will need to ensure the highest standards are delivered and maintained through effective management of your team and be able to achieve agreed targets.
