Gillespie Macandrew is a successful independent Scottish legal firm seeking to appoint a Head of Operations to assist in realising its ambitious plans to develop the business significantly over the next 3-5 years

The Head of Operations will lead the operational aspects of the firm and will, together with other SMT members, develop and implement operational improvements to best practice, business workflows and processes including through the use of technology, as well as oversee projects involving the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organisation.

In addition, responsibilities will include managing the firm’s 4 office properties supported by the Facilities Manager, supplier procurement, insurances, maintaining the firm’s written policies, controls and procedures (PCPs) and being an active member in committees responsible for risk management and ESG.
