Customer Service / Sales Advisor

Hours of Work: 40 hours (Monday to Friday 08:30 17:00) Salary: £24,500 per year

Location: Preston, Lancashire (On site, no remote working) Main Purpose

The Customer Service / Sales Advisor will be responsible for ensuring all new and prospective Complaints / sales are progressed through the system in a quick and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be excellent at multi-tasking, have good organisational skills and ideally have customer service/sales administration experience if not training will be provided.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

Taking sales calls in a professional & friendly manner Liaising with customers,

Ensuring the complaint information is up to date on the system Keeping customers up to date on progression of complaints Ensuring internal processes are followed

Preparing reports and forecasts for management Maintaining customer records
