Job Role

The job purpose is to drive sales and retain existing customers while also effectively managing retailer accounts and an online e-commerce site. The focus is on boosting brand awareness and online presence, with the goal of increasing website traffic, enhancing online engagement, and generating profitable sales.

Act as the primary relationship manager for customers, responding to the needs of the customer via email, phone, and face to face meetings.

Managing Sales Performance.

Overseeing budgets and forecasting as well as promotional planning.

Manage new launches through processes

Day to day relationship with retailers/stakeholders

Manage relationships internally and externally

Create and maintain price files

Building relationships and taking part in the overall growth of the business by growing sales for the benefit of the Company
