We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Supply Chain Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the sales order process, ensuring all customer orders are processed promptly, and resolving daily customer service issues.

Key Responsibilities Include

Managing and processing customer orders efficiently.

Resolving and documenting customer service issues.

Managing shortages by understanding processes and collaborating with customers.

Working with the stores team to maintain accurate stock records.

Generating and managing Supply Chain reports, including aged stock, part pallets, stock rotation, and stock reconciliation.

Championing customer IT links within the Supply Chain team.

Raising awareness and supporting global food safety standards.

Creating production recipes to meet economic targets and product specifications.
