HR Co-Ordinator - Wednesbury Knowledge and Experience - CIPD Level 3 qualified with a desire to progress to level 5. - Proven experience within a HR function with emphasis on time and attendance, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and employee relations. - Knowledge of Employment Law. - Experience in driving training and has the ability to build rapport with peers to encourage a positive environment by learning and developing people. Responsibilities General administration relating to HR and Training Matters : Co-ordination of the time and attendance system : Oversee recruitment for tier one roles : Completing and updating monthly KPI reports : Note taking during investigation, disciplinary or grievances meetings : Review and maintain training matrices : Measure monthly progress of training results This role is a permanent full time position working Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.00am - 3.30pm with an early finish of 1.00pm on Fridays.
