We are seeking a Matron to join the housekeeping team for a private boarding school in Pangbourne. Working alongside the Housemistress and Assistant Housemaster, you will be responsible for the supervision and care of pupils in their division. The position will be starting in September and will be term time only and a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

Location: Pangbourne
Working Hours: 8am - 5.30pm, Mon, Tues, Thurs / 8am - 4.30pm, Wed & Fri
Salary: dependant on experience
12-month Fixed Term ContractYou will need to have good interactive skills with the pupils, parents, and guardians by being a good listener, flexible in outlook, reliable, warm and friendly in disposition, with sufficient sensitivity to demonstrate tact and diplomacy.

As well as being responsible for the health, dress, and general well being of pupils, you will also be responsible for the housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
