Lift Recruitment are working with a National Distribution Company, based in Halesowen, and they are looking for an Assistant Warehouse Manager to join their existing team.

Day To Day Duties Will Include

Working with the warehouse manager on a daily basis.

Ensuring all pick targets are met.

Ensure all KPI'S are met.

Managing the warehouse team.

Hours Of Work/Pay Rate/Additional Benefits

You will be working 09.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday

You will be paid between 16.00 per hour and 17.00 per hour depending on experience

This assignment will lead to a permanent role after a successful trial period

You will also be entitled to up to 28 days paid holiday, sick pay, maternity pay, paternity pay and a contributory pension after a successful trial period

Role Requirements

You will need a minimum of 1 year management experience in a warehouse environment.
