Lift Recruitment are working with a Global logistics and transport client, based in Tamworth and they are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join their existing team. This is a permanent role from day 1 and is not agency work.

Day To Day Duties Will Include

The management of all warehouse operations, inbound, outbound,and trunking operationswithin a fast-paced environment.

Overseeing the warehouse Health and Safety compliance.

Coach and mentor staff, giving regular formal and informal feedback.

Communicate with warehouse staff on a regular basis to make them aware of priorities,targetsand operational requirements.

Hours Of Work/Pay Rate/Additional Benefits

You will be working 16.00 to 01.00 Monday to Friday.

You will be paid £40,000 per annum.

Experience Required
