Due to continued growth I’m currently recruiting for a Maintenance Team Leader to work with a well-established engineering company based near Halesowen. As the Maintenance Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a team of Engineering Fitters to help improve the reliability of plant equipment & facilities. What’s on offer for the Maintenance Team Leader:
• Competitive salary up to £38,000 - £40,000 p.a.

Duties of the Maintenance Team Leader:
• To carry out planed and reactive maintenance on plant equipment, and facilities in a timely manner.
• To work proactively on improving plant reliability, carrying out planned maintenance schedules and help
• Assisting in the implementation, & maintenance of CMMs.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in a clean, complete, and safe condition in accordance with company and quality standards.
