Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Support individuals in developing and maintaining social and communication skills
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the overall well-being of individuals
- Document and maintain accurate records of individual progress and behavior incidents

Qualifications:
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Familiarity with special education practices and strategies
