ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for someone to manage and run the busy merchandising team here at Cox & Cox.

This role will lead and manage the merchandising function across the business, working closely with the Buying Manager, Director and Marketing Team.

Contract: Permanent, full time. 37.5 hours a week (Monday – Friday 8.30 – 17.00)

Location: Head Office, Frome – Somerset

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will need to have either Senior Merchandising or Merchandising Manager experience. You must be highly motivated, organised, analytical and have excellent attention to detail.

Experience in homeware would be beneficial, however, not essential.

The job will include the following tasks:

- Management of allocated categories: Range planning, OTB management, stock planning and intake

- Full management and responsibility of Merchandising Team in Head Office and MA’s in outsourced overseas office
