This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team to manage the Cox & Cox website and optimise the online shopping experience. The successful applicant will work with external tech providers and developers to maintain, support and enhance the website and user experience.

Responsibilities include
• Oversee the Cox & Cox website and monitor performance to identify and resolve front end issues and enhance the user experience.
• Maintain website inventory working closely with the merchandising team to update website categories and products.
• Manage website content, design, and layout updates in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Update and optimise website navigation to improve user journey and product discovery.
• Manage product recommendations and site content.
• Create and customise product attributes and configurable products.
