ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for someone to join our busy merchandising team based at our Head Office in Frome, Somerset on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated, organised, analytical and have excellent attention to detail. This candidate must also be competent on all Microsoft packages, especially Excel. The role represents an opportunity to develop your career in our Buying and Merchandising department.

The job will include the following tasks:

- Ownership of allocated categories

- Delivering sales, managing OTB and achieving planned contribution

- Stock management for allocated catergories

- Review historic product performance data to plan and forecast for future seasons

- WSSI management: Manage sales, stock holding and margin intake

- Determine future strategy, working with the Buying Team to build a strong curated range

- Pricing strategy to secure planned margins
