Location: Didcot

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Rate: £11.44 per hour

OT Rates: £15.14ph on Sat - £20.18ph on Sun

Duration: 1.5 months

Job Purpose

Our client are seeking a professional and dedicated individual to provide contract and reception support as part of a maternity cover. The successful candidate will support the contract and the wider business team, ensuring all documents and spreadsheets are managed promptly to maintain audit compliance. This role involves providing reception support as needed, particularly during holidays, sickness, and lunch breaks, enhancing business-working practices and creating a comfortable and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Create work orders through Maximo, allocate to engineers PDAs, and update jobs upon completion.
