Customer Advisor, Milton Park, hybrid up to £24k

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, assisting them with their enquiries, and promoting our products and services.

Duties:
• Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist clients with queries and provide accurate information about products and services
• Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Utilise phone etiquette when interacting with clients
• Analyse client needs to recommend suitable solutions
