M/LK Education Search is excited to be partnering with this brand new, specialist SEMH provision for 5–19-year-olds set to open its doors in Croydon this September.

They are seeking to appoint a confident, dynamic, and nurturing Teacher who can inspire students to make excellent progress. As a new, small school catering for 40 students, you will be joining at the beginning of an exceptionally exciting journey of growth and therefore can take on further responsibilities across the school.

You will be:
• An outstanding practitioner with successful experience teaching within a similar environment.
• A qualified teacher with QTS and a subject specialist, preferably in Math's or English
• Familiar with SEN and the Ofsted framework, able to help the school move towards gaining an Outstanding grade.
• Experienced in motivating pupils, using a person-centered approach.
• An optimist, with a 'can do' attitude and the desire to take on the challenge of opening a brand-new setting.
