M/LK Education Search is excited to be partnering with this brand new, specialist SEMH provision for 11–19-year-olds set to open its doors in Sutton this September, who are seeking to appoint a permanent SEN TA.

About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work with a diverse group of young people, assisting them in achieving positive learning outcomes despite any challenges they may encounter. Specifically Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs & Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities:
• Aid students in their educational and social development
• Support engagement in activities both in and out of the classroom
• Set up activities using technology or adjust the environment as necessary
