Sous Chef Job Role
This is a hands-on role, with the support of the Executive Head Chef. Initial focus will be on team development and bring new ideas to the menus of this well established contemporary restaurant.
Successful candidates will have previous Sous Chef or restaurant head chef experience in quality fresh food kitchens. Along with good communication, kitchen supervisory and team leadership skills. Above all, a passion to deliver great food using the best South West produce and suppliers. This a real opportunity to raise your profile and progress your career at this iconic venue.
